1. Shipping Overview

2. Order Processing

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within [1-3 business days] of receipt. Processing time may vary during peak seasons or promotional events.

Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. After processing, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

3. Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

Domestic Shipping: We use Royal Mail Tracked 48 for domestic orders. The estimated delivery time is 1-2 working days; however, this can sometimes take longer. Please note that shipping times are estimates and we have no control over potential delays. If your package has not arrived within 10 working days, please contact us for assistance. Tracking information will be sent to you via email through Royal Mail.

International Shipping: We use a variety of couriers for international orders, and shipping costs will be calculated based on the weight, dimensions of your order, and destination. Delivery times and costs will be provided at checkout. International orders may also be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Tracking information will come via email through Royal Mail. You can use the tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.

5. Delivery Issues

Missing or Lost Packages: If your package is missing or has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us only after 10 working days. We will work with the carrier to locate your package and resolve the issue.

Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at orders@smoom.co.uk with your order number and photos of the damage. 

6. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that you provide accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible to update your information.

7. Shipping Restrictions

P.O. Boxes: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a valid street address for delivery.

Restricted Areas: We may have shipping restrictions for certain remote or restricted areas. If we are unable to deliver to your location, we will contact you to discuss alternative arrangements.

8. Return of Undelivered Packages

Any packages that are not called for or missed during the delivery slot and are returned to us will incur an additional shipping charge for resending. This charge will be applied before the product is dispatched again.

9. Changes to Shipping Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this shipping policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and the updated policy will apply to all orders placed after the effective date.
