    FAULTY PRODUCTS

    At Smoom, we craft all our products using natural ingredients, which may result in slight variations between batches. If you receive a faulty product, we would be delighted to receive it back and provide a refund accordingly.

Our ultimate goal is for all our customers to enjoy the benefits of our natural skincare products. If you encounter any other issues, please don't hesitate to contact us, and we will make every effort to resolve them to the best of our ability.

CANCELLING YOUR ORDER

If you wish to cancel your order, please note that cancellation is only possible if the order has not yet been shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. If your order was placed over the weekend, there is a possibility that it has already been packed and prepared for Monday's delivery pickup. In such cases, if you still wish to cancel the order, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
